1 Cool design, great location, free drink for room cleaning skip

The place was stylish and perfect and the staff were amazingly nice, the location was magnificent right next to two shopping centres. Had silent standard queen room with an airco, TV, as for instance. The lounge area had delicious meals for breakfast. Location : the hotel was near the s metro station, tram stop, underground and s-Bahn and Alexanderplatz. Friedrichshain district was worth staying in.

The check-in process was frustrating. The staff seemed unprofessional and unhelpful. Our room wasn't cleaned on the third night despite our request for fresh towels. The bottle of water in the room for €3 was ridiculous and was like a money grab.

staying here was fantastic, as the hotel is right next to the metro station for quick city access and only a 15-minute walk to the East Side Gallery, where you can see very nice street art along the Berlin Wall.

Loved the cozy, sparkling clean rooms and the early check-in! The U-Bahn is super close, and tons of tasty takeout options nearby 🍜. Just be aware of some homeless folks under the bridge nearby.

Great location just 2-3 minutes from transport! The room was clean with fun games to keep entertained. We had an excellent stay with easy access to everything.

Had a blast with friends! The hotel is right next to Frankfurter Allee, made getting around super easy. We enjoyed chilling in the lobby area after our adventures, and the nearby shopping mall was perfect for grabbing snacks. The staff were friendly and offered water refills, a nice touch!

The fire alarm went off at night and created some confusion. It was a bit unsettling, but thankfully, everything turned out fine.

I also appreciated the friendly staff who were always available to assist with any requests. Late breakfast hours were a pleasant surprise, great for a relaxed start to the day.

I've stayed in berlin before, but holiday inn, the niu, hide berlin friedrichshain by ihg really exceeded my expectations. The stylish rooms were clean and let the kids play safely, a huge plus for us. The tram station right next door made exploring the city easy.
